This service alerts you immediately if your system becomes disconnected from the network. This solves the single biggest problem with traditional CCTV - that there’s no footage when you have an incident because the system wasn’t even working! With Network Monitoring that cannot happen to your system, so you have the peace of mind of knowing your system is connected at all times.
Your storage devices whether they’re hard disk drives (HDD) or micro SD cards, can fail without you knowing about it. This service helps to makes sure that cannot happen. If there is any sort of storage error you will be notified so you can act - and hopefully get it replaced BEFORE the Warranty expires!
We carry out a Monthly check for any firmware system upgrades issued by the supplier. We then assess them for relevance and upload and install the appropriate upgrades in your system. This ensures your camera systems are always using the latest capabilities. A Report is supplied when updates are applied.
